Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

• Review content on short-video platforms and conduct the content quality control in specific markets, make sure the contents comply with local policies, regulations and culture;
• Handle appeal cases and reports from vendors
• Interpret and apply complex policies and guidelines to content by understanding the review policies and guidelines;
• Identify improvement opportunities in workflow by using daily data analysis and suggest solutions;
• Analyze the risk level of incidents and assess the safety status of the community and products;

To eliminate any doubt, this role involves reading, viewing, listening and examining user-generated content to ensure they comply with community guidelines.

Content includes images, video, text related to every day life, but they can also include (but are not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child abuse; sexual assault; torture; bestiality; self-harm; suicide; murder.
Minimum Diploma in any discipline.

• Minimum 1 year working experience as Quality Assurance Analyst.
• Experience in working in BPO/call center/customer service environment.
• Experience in Content Moderation/Content Quality/Content Safety will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable with and understand that the job requires reviewing internet content that may be deemed inappropriate and / or contain explicit materials
• Has an eye for details.
• Possesses good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Ability to speak and read in Arabic language and English fluently as candidate will need to listen and/or read Arabic language in their daily work;
• Willing to be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
• Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.
• Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role
