EDUCATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 1. EDUCATIONS REQUIREMENTS STPM, Diploma or Degree in Food Science or other related science courses 2. SKILLS Knowledge in food manufacturing process and laboratory testing Equipped with computer skills (Microsoft Soft Word, Excel, Power Point) Knowledge in areas of quality and food safety such as GMP, HACCP, ISO 3. WORKING EXPERIENCE Fresh Graduate / 1 year experience in similar function, preferably from laboratory or food manufacturing industry 4. TRAINING NEEDS REQUIREMENT Food Safety or Quality Management System such as BRC, FSSC, HACCP and GMP Related external courses 3. DECISION MAKING, AUTHORITY AND CONTROLS a) Stop mixing activities and propose rectification of semi-finished product if non-conformity b) Stop filling and packing activities and request Production for rectifications if non-conformity c) Inform Senior Quality Executives of any non-conforming during in-coming checks d) Assist Quality Executive to on-hold raw/ packaging material and finished products and issuance of Quarantine Form when required e) Follow-up on the disposition of the on-hold stocks f) Inform Quality Manager if bad housekeeping or mishandling observed in production / Warehouse areas. g) Assist in customer complaint investigation h) Assist in projects and validation study i) Deputy to Quality Control Executive SCOPE & MAJOR RESPONIBILITIES
