Why does this job exist and why is it critical?
Responsible for Field Operations & Maintenance with On-Site Support for network issues related to BTS elements, links, FTTH and services while ensuring KPIs & SLAs are met. Apart from these core functions, also required to managed site wellbeing (sites ownership will be assigned accordingly) together with other related issues such as facilities issue, landlord complaints, customer complaints and ad-hoc support for plan /unplan event.
What are you accountable for ?
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining key network (KPI’s & SLA’s) which directly impacts the network’s reliability.
- On-Site Support for Fault restoration for Mobile, Transmission & Fixed Networks including facilities (M&E) and FTTH. This requires 24x7 standby/shift as stipulated in duty roster.
- Ensuring Preventive Maintenance scheduling and adherence on network elements as per requirements are done and Corrective Maintenance to follow through adhering to ISO 9001:2015 compliance.
- Ensuring network growth & technology development by supporting sites roll out projects in order to gain coverage and dominance by expanding network footprints.
- Collaborate with regional Business Units to ensure network readiness in line with Sales Activities.
- Ensuring prompt and immediate response to Authority & Governing Bodies (ie Police, Local Council, SKMM, ST, SBC & etc) on O&M related issues
- Ensuring all time comply with In- House safety matters.
Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Electronics / IT / Telecommunications / Computer / Network

Total Work Experience : 1 to 3 years in Telecommunications Industry or fresh graduate can be consider
