Requirements:
- 1-2 years of professional experience or recent graduate with internship experience
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create design mockups (experience with Figma is a plus)
- Expert-level Excel skills (including Vlookups and macros)
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and Google Slides
- Ability to quickly master the use of multiple systems including CMS and databases
- Ability to rapidly re-prioritize projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong organizational abilities and extremely detail-oriented
Ability to work cross-departmentally with the marketing and sales teams to further sales goals

Plusses

Preferred:
- Familiarity with digital advertising specifications and metrics
- Experience working with Pharmaceutical clients and/or Advertising Agencies

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Proposals Coordinator to join The Marketing Team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to assist with submitting Request for Proposal (RFP) responses and create customized presentations for ad agencies.

Responsibilities include:
- Assist in the development of RFP responses for our clients.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to gather information and insights necessary for RFP responses.
- Ensure RFP responses are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
- Maintain an understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and industry trends.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate RFP response processes and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with clients and internal teams.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
