Responsibilities:- Submit daily retail visitation report
- Plan, Manage and Maintain the smooth operations of Retail Stores located in Perak.
- Responsible for guide and coach retail sales person on their daily operations, compliance to retail SOP, products knowledge, selling skills and any other tasks assigned.
- Ensure accurate stock position in outlet at all times.
- Ensure achievement of Outlets’ sales target.
- Assist in recruitment plan to support manpower needs, conduct interview and handle staffing issue by providing guidance and counselling
- Participating actively in company sales activities and marketing events.
- To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
- Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply.
