Risk and Retention Training Specialists

Due to major growth we are expanding our Risk and Retention team in the US and currently looking for an R & R Training Specialist to join the team.

The Luckyland R&R Training Specialist assists all R&R divisions, and CS with a variety of facets of onboarding and refresher training. This role will have extensive knowledge on all facets of VGW and LuckyLand processes related to the life cycle of player facing service tickets, with a strong focus on ensuring staff have extensive knowledge needed to speedily and accurately handle communications.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Shared accountability for video how-to's, presentation decks, Ed Apps and knowledge based articles
• Assists across all divisions of R&R for live refreshers on various topics ranging from Interana, Redash, SCUBA, purchasing issues, de escalation techniques for high risk RSG and legal threats, soft skills and more
• Coordinates with cross vertical training programs to optimise and unify processes
• Works closely with QA to identify potential refreshers and documentation that may be useful by identifying additions to training

What you will bring to the role:

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years work experience auditing key external and internal business accounts, or equivalent combination of education and prior work experience
• Clearly communicates ideas, information, proposals, instructions, issues, and questions using appropriate tone and language. Comfortable interacting with staff to convey complex information in a way that is easy to understand
• Experience with Google Workspace/technically proficient.
• Experience with SalesForce/CRM tools include interana, Redash, SCUBA and/or similar tools

Base compensation for this role is $82,800 and benefits include accrued PTO, 401(k) company matching, health, dental, vision coverages, and the ability to work remotely!
