Job Title : Rollout Specialist
Type : Contract (12-Months) Renewable
Salary : Up to RM 10,000

ROLE PURPOSE:

Responsible for delivery of new Build-to-Suit (BTS) sites.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end project management of telecommunication infrastructure projects.
• PMP and / or other relevant project management tools certification is as an added advantage
• Good communication skills and must be able to work collaboratively with Customers, business partners and colleagues. Works across all functional areas and use a strong customer service orientation.

KEY ACCOUNTABILTIES

• Lead in overseeing B2S delivery from project initialization to handover to customer and ensure delivery meets schedule, budget and quality.
• Assess and manage project risks effectively by escalating to management.
• Manage customer expectation effectively and efficiently by continuously engaging with them on timelines and deliverables.
• Work closely with Supply Chain and ensure contractors optimum price points in accordance with company’s cost savings targets.
• Prepare project planning document & status reports; and track and report progress to management on a weekly basis based on agreed tracking template.
• Ensure that workplace is safe and free from accidents by compliance to HSE guidelines.

• Assist in the permitting during the pre-construction stage.
• Assist in site audit & asset verification process to assess the structural integrity of the company’s assets.
• Undertake special projects or any other tasks as assigned by the Head of Engineering & Operations.
