Participate in the analysis, design, and implementation of third-party information technology solutions to align them with business initiatives.

POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in the analysis of company and user needs.
• Participate in solution planning, development, documentation, and support of technical solutions.
• Participate in the research, analysis, and decision-making processes related to the acquisition and application of new software.
• Monitor and provide troubleshooting support for production solutions.
• Provide support for employee use of process automation solutions.
• Work closely with other IT teams and external partners to provide technical support and expertise in the integration and maintenance of critical systems.
• Participate in team stand-ups, communicating effectively with project managers and team members.
• Complete other projects as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related degree is required.
• Two or more years developing, configuring, and maintaining software solutions to include third-party applications is required.
• Working knowledge of insurance or financial industry is desired.
