Job description

Responsibility :
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To handle and/or supervise all safety, including health awareness at DXN Cyberville in accordance to the Occupational Operational Safety and Health Act (OSHA 1994-Act 514), Factories and Machinery Act (BOWEC Regulation) 1996 and any related updated of OSH legislation.
2. To take proactive steps to ensure all related personnel, including Building Executive, Technician, Handyman, service providers and contractors on field complying with Safety requirement at DXN Cyberville in verbal advice or written notice.
3. To responsible for implementing all procedures, requirements and practices of the Safety Management System at DXN Cyberville.
4. To provides assistance for safety before & after during internal/external’s audit by ensuring all related documents at DXN Cyberville.
5. To promote a safe conduct of work at DXN Cyberville.
6. To measures to identify hazards, access the risk and then implement suitable control measures to eliminate all dangers.
7. To coordinate with Contractors on training courses where appropriate for any unfamiliar or hazardous operations being introduced onto the project and ensure the safety awareness remains high at all times.
8. To take action against any reports/complaint/request/incident
9. To conduct DXN Cyberville site safety inspection and recommend corrective action for unsafe act of workers and rectification for unsafe condition in all workplaces by submitting written report to DXN HQ.
10. To liaise with the DOSH, Police and other relevant government agencies with regard to health, safety and security matters affecting workers.
11. Others – as assign by Building Manager.

Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To complete ad - hoc task as and when instructed.
2. To assist Building Manager/Building Executive to complete other relevant management task.
3. Others – as assign by Building Manager/Building Executive.

Requirement :
Qualification or Educational Requirements:
1. Safety and Health Certificate/Green Book holder registered with DOSH.
2. Familiar with standard concepts and best practices for maintenance/environment/construction for both safety and administration.
3. At least 2 years of working experiences in the related field (Facility/Property Management and Maintenance).
4. Applicants must be willing to work overtime / Weekend / Public Holidays.
