Job description

• Training and overseeing workers on safety procedures and practices to prevent injuries or accidents
• Coordinating first aid treatment and medical evacuation in cases of serious injury or illness
• To assist project manager to setting workers workplace

• Inspecting the site for potential hazards that may cause harm to people or damage to property

• Maintaining accurate records of accident data and near-miss incidents, which can be used to identify problem areas and create solutions

• Conducting regular check-ups on equipment such as lifts, cranes, scaffolding, and electrical equipment to ensure they are functioning properly and safe to use
• Monitoring the work environment to ensure that safety standards are met by workers and contractors

• Reviewing safety procedures and equipment to ensure that they are adequate for the task at hand
• Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.

• Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.

• Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.

• Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.

• Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
• Analyzing drawing plan to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.

• Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.

requirement:

• Minimum 2year of experiences of construction site or equivalent
• Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.

• The ability to interpret drawing plan.

• Outstanding leadership skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Proven experience working as a site supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
