Job description
Responsibilities:
- To assist in project coordination, checking / verifying customer’s orders, issuing quotation / invoice.
- Liaise with Production on orders received and plan delivery date.
- Update customer on delivery date.
- Communicate with Logistic Department on shipment mode, schedule, fumigation and shipping documents.
- Preparation and submission of shipping documents to customers.
- To assist in preparing project tender and costing.
- To ensure timely collections of receivables in accordance to credit term and follow up regularly on the overdue account.
- Handle customer complaints if any.
- Monitor and update monthly division sales report.
- To assist and support general daily administrative duties related to the job.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
