Job description
- To liaise with branches & associate companies on all accounts & inventory control matters
- Handle daily documentation and proper filing system to ensure documents are traceable in an efficient manner
- Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services and ensuring valid invoices
- To handle inventory stock in and out
- Maintain updated vendor files and file numbers
- Responsible for timely preparation and analysis of monthly reporting on Inventory statement
- Providing support to team members and associates to ensure all goals are attained on time
- To provide support and assistance on day-to-day accounting tasks and administrative duties in the company
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of management accounts
- Able to organize and follow-up independently
- Undertake other special and ad-hoc assignment as and when required
