Responsibilities:

As a Sales Trainer you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and supporting training courses for our sales force which will include both new hires and experienced sales representatives. You will be working closely with multiple departments to coordinate training sessions that ensure maximum efficiency and productivity. Additionally, you will cover selling skills and product knowledge specific to retail automotive solutions and services. Candidates must be comfortable in front of large groups facilitating and presenting in a classroom style setting, as well as online via webinars and videos.

Training:

On-the-job training, job shadowing and department observations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience within the automotive industry preferred
• Training and presentation experience preferred
• Sales experience a plus
• Reynolds knowledge a plus
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral is essential
