Job description

• Attend to walk-in customers, answer phone calls and reply message thru FB
• Introduce center's courses to parents
• Observe children's learning progress, prepare report and discussion with parent
• Address parent & student inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Course customer service, to provide professional courses to explain and questions Q & A for parents

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma qualification or higher
• Candidates with at least 2 years of Customer Service experience
• Must be able to work on weekends
• Can speak Mandarin & English as you will need to talk with Mandarin & English parties
• Good communication skill
• Able to join immediately or short notice
• Can work independently with minimum supervision
• Excellent organization and management skills (Training will be provided)
• Proficient in MS Office Words & Power Point, Excel
• Able to interact and bond with children
• Patient, meticulous, friendly, gentle, proactive and creative
• Possess own transport, as you will need to travel to various locations.
