Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES :
-Maintain good relationships with overseas/local customers & out‐sourcing suppliers.
-To develop sales & marketing plan and strategies.
-Managing all marketing activities within the marketing budget and target.
-Developing and execute marketing strategy for the company to meet the KPI.
-To prepare sales forecast every quarterly.
-To liaise between customers and local suppliers to meet the requirements from both sides.
-To monitor on shipping schedule and ensure delivery on time.
-Follow up the existing and potential customer sales and marketing related support.
-Invoicing and quotation, Payment collections
-To prepare sales report on weekly basis.
-Responsible for sales and marketing in the assigned territory & achieve sales targets set by the management.
-Overseas market visits and attending international trade exhibitions.
-New business & market development.
-Provide sales & after sales support to customers.
-To identify new business and grow existing business sales channels/partners.
-To strategies & execute sales plan to win new business and timeline for achieve goals & sales target.
-To create brand awareness by having relevant marketing activities with customers -and establish long term relationship with customers.
-Preparation of proposals and negotiation of contracts, provide presentations, promote our products & services and do the sales analysis.
-Other tasks assign by superior time to time.

REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & Business studies.
At least 1 year of relevant work experience in sales and marketing.
Strong communication skills.
Good negotiation skills.
Strong self-motivated mindset and ability to work under high pressure with a tight timeline.
Passionate with positive energy to drive results.
Strategic, creative and flexible thinking.
Data analytical skill with market insight
Strong understanding of the brand, market and consumer.
Organized personality with strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Bahasa.
Ability to understand team goal, communicate well with superior to set strategies towards objective.
Excellent time management, teamwork and interpersonal skills in driving the performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
