We are looking for a talented full-time Sales Operations Executive to join our growing Sales team.

The Role:

The Sales Operations (License) role supports our sales team globally. This role acts as a business enabler, helping them achieve revenue goals by ensuring process consistency and quality while implementing new processes to improve efficiency for the pre & post-sales activities.

You will provide structured sales administration, Salesforce (CRM) support, License Activation, back-to-back coordination of Fabric Analyzer inventory management & Order refilling, data analysis and investigation, reporting, and data management/entry support.

You will report to the Sales Operations Manager. Together, you will build knowledge and understanding of the Sales systems such as Salesforce and Netsuite, multiple databases. You may also work with Marketing for the set-up and management of Sales campaigns within Salesforce, liaising with relevant business unit Sales leaders to assign sales campaigns to individual sales team members. Furthermore, you will support the management of data quality, accuracy and consistency, whilst also being on hand to support specific business unit reporting or analysis requirements.

You will be working in a remote/hybrid working environment from Kuala Lumpur.

Job Scope

CRM / License activation / Fabric analyzer support to sales teams

  • Help the team use system functionality
  • Deliver focus group training
  • Create/update licenses on CLOUD/DONGLE
  • Support Data entry into CRM or other order processing tools
  • Responsible for contract, quotation, and invoice creation within Order Processing systems
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert on Salesforce business process for sales teams

Sales Administration & Event Support

  • Managing the administration and set up process for new starters (Sales & Support) including the ordering of equipment.
  • Oversight of Fabric Analyzer & parts inventory
  • Be key liaison point with Customer Success Team to handover contracted customers for post-sale customer process to commence
  • Raise purchase orders (working with Finance to raise requisite)

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of experience in Merchandising, B2B sales operations, post-sales support, or sales administration function
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Background in merchandising, fashion/apparel, and SaaS industry and companies preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, CRMs, Google Suite
  • Proficient with excel - able to manipulate, clean and analyse data for sales functions
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work in a multi-cultural and international work environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
