JOB SUMMARY:

To provide assistance to the Marketing staff in maintaining the Company’s history and photos for outward-facing platforms and filing as well as other marketing support.

DUTIES:

The Marketing Intern shall provide assistance to the Marketing staff by performing the following duties:

• Researching files and historical information
• Organizing and compiling historical information
• Conceptualizing designs options
• Interviewing company managers and employees
• Implementing design concepts
• Assisting with social media concepts and implementation
• Other duties as may be assigned

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Working towards a degree in English, History, Marketing, Liberal Arts or similar focus.

• Must be highly organized and be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Excellent computer skills (i.e., word processing, graphics manipulation).
• Excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail.
• A high degree of language skills is required for this position. College levels are desired. This is a skilled position.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• The work is classified as “light” with regards to the physical demands.
• Lifting requirements: Heavy boxes weighing 25 pounds, light office supplies, stacks of paper and computer printouts.
• Pulling will be required such as paper trays in copy machines, and file drawers
