Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric is actively seeking a Senior Accountant. A successful Senior Accountant should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Additionally, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are important, as the Senior Accountant will work with various teams within the organization. A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is typically required, and professional certifications, such as a CPA, are preferred but not required.

Salary Range 70-80k

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Recording financial transactions: Responsible for recording all financial transactions that occur within a company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Reconciling accounts: Must reconcile all financial accounts to ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date including Cash, Prepaid Assets, Accruals, and Equity.
• Analyzing financial data: Must be able to analyze financial data to identify trends and patterns, as well as to identify any potential issues or problems that need to be addressed.
• Assisting with audits: Responsible for assisting with audits, including providing documentation and answering questions from auditors.
• Ensuring compliance: Must ensure that all financial records and transactions are in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as with any applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintaining documentation: Responsible for maintaining accurate and complete financial documentation, including invoices, receipts, and other financial records.
• Developing and implementing financial controls: May be responsible for developing and implementing financial controls to prevent fraud and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Oversee the general ledger and ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
