his position will be responsible for the full spectrum of all HR activities including recruitment and selection, compensation & benefits, leave management, employee relations, and managing human resource policies and SOP1.Responsible in any matters related payroll processing and computation These includes handling including payroll system and tools, benefit, OT calculation and processing and staff claims. (including expatriates salary and monthly tax deduction)
2.• Coordinate and plan the implementation of Performance Management System and ensure that staff appraisal is being conducted as per guideline and meeting the stipulated deadline.
3. To monitor the budgeting, actual expenses, and cost control, where applicable and report to the superior.
4. • Review & develop recruitment procedure and ensure recruit right candidate for the position
5. Assist for retention strategy & conduct Exit Interview to employees during resignation.
6. Develop and implement periodic review of company organization chart, job description and job specification.
7. Ensure communication and information on matters related to HR policies and human resources are disseminated effectively.
8. Familiar with industrial relation matters
