Position : Senior Human Resource Manager
(Employee Engagement & Benefit)

Location: Port Klang

Salary starting from RM18,000.00

Company Industry : Leading mega transshipment hub in Malaysia for the main shipping lines. The main gateway for container and conventional cargo for central Peninsular Malaysia hinterland.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and implement Employee Satisfaction Program and Survey
• Custodian of the company culture
• Benefit analysis and benchmarking
• Manage rewards and recognition initiative.
• Design and manage retention strategies
• Engagement with Union and workers associates
• Manage HR department CSR initiatives.
• Review processes and initiatives to be aligned to future fit and needs.

Requirements

• Prior experiences as a senior HR Manager or relevant position( Employee Engagement, Benefits Management).
• Strong Command over Excel and HR management software.
• Experiences planning and implementing employee programs and activities.
• Experiences in engaging employees and align them to the company culture and goals
• Knowledge of labor law and Workers Association/ Union.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: From RM18,000.00 per month
