"• Conduct orientation training for new staff and factory workers- To update, maintain and filing training record and training evaluation for all employee
- To participate actively, update and maintain documentation for various audit requirements i.e ISO 9001:2015, Halal certification, BSCI Audit, Social Audit, CTPAT audit, customer audit etc
- Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization
- Responsible to plan, implement and coordinate with Management in the design and implementation of performance appraisal, Talent Management and training & development activities.
- Responsible for recruitment process which includes preparing job adverts, reviewing resume or application forms, and shortlisting candidates
- Be the advisor role in the recruitment process for the Hiring Managers and prospective candidates
- Identifying prospective candidates by using a variety of possible channels in the market
- Reviewing resumes against the job advertisement for shortlisting suitable candidates in terms of experience and qualification match
- Making proposals to the Hiring Managers regarding the shortlisting candidates
- Follow up with candidates and conduct interviews with Hiring Managers
- Provide the job offer to the candidates who have been selected by the Hiring Managers

- Other assigned duties in human resource functions that is benefiting for job knowledge expansion purpose"
