What you'll do:

Be the point of contact for end user level 1 support on all IT related requests in Osome group of companies
Perform tasks to maintain software infrastructure, including installing fixes or updates for applications or operating systems including Asset Management
Ensure availability and security of communications networks
Provision, setup, recycle staff laptops and PCs (Windows and Mac)
Administrate and be the system owner on multiple systems used by operational teams
Coordinate with 3rd party vendors on IT matters
Be involved in projects assigned by CTO and Head of Security globally
Any other task as assigned by Management


Who you are:

You have a Degree in related fields
You have 6-8 years' experience in IT support / Helpdesk related roles. Experience working for a startup will be useful
You have experience setting up Windows and Mac systems, installation and configuration of software, setup of Enterprise Policies
You're Experienced with Google Workspace, Jamf, JumpCloud, HexNode, Desktop Central or similar
You have experience with Jira / Jira Service Desk or similar
Service orientated, enjoy being in a diverse international environment
Sound knowledge of troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Independent, self-motivated, flexible and positive attitude
Loves to embark in new technologies and implement best practices
Able to work from 3PM - 12AM daily
