Job description

· Manage/Lead the corporate identity development strategy and is custodian of the company brand internally and externally for the Group in ensuring all branding, messaging, visuals and other essential elements of the company & group image are aligned with the communication strategies.

· Launched group wide rebranding exercise to establish enhanced brand corporate identity, guidelines and SOP to drive a strong and consistent brand across the region where it has a market presence.

· Drive, develop and executive group's brand strategy to elevate brand health and awareness and expand brand reach and engagement to wider demographic across the region and ensure alignment with its overall business objective.

· Drive and develop both internal and external communications strategy effectiveness through media marketing strategies, including traditional, digital, social media, events and etc.

· Identify how our brand is currently positioned in the market

· Develop and implement Brand Health Tracking, brand and media performance monitoring and reporting. Develop measurement matrix and report on its success/effectiveness.

· Manage the effectiveness of Group Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy and sponsorship program to enhance the image of the Company.

·Any other duties/assignment assigned from time to time

Job requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Mass Communication/Public Relation/Journalism or other relevant disciplines

· Required Language(s) - English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (an added advantage)

· At least 10-15 years of working experience in the related field is required.

· Sensitive to Malaysia’s media and political environment.

· Excellent interpersonal, communications, lobbying and media relations skills are required.

· Strong capability in strategic planning, analytical thinking, creative problem solving and stakeholders management skills

· Self driven and able to work under pressure

· Above all, possess the highest level of integrity, character and ethics.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
