MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure all carton and tote box receive from picking department is correct.
Arrange and assign DC lorry according to delivery schedule.
Ensure all delivery with routing sheet and properly check and verify.
Monitor and ensure all POD (proof of delivery) has been return the next day, properly received by outlets, verify and confirmed
All DC lorry return with outlets return are to be check and verify.
Monitor and ensure shipment arrive at RAKAN outlets.
Monitor and feedback to DC Manager on delivery issue.
All documents are filed and maintained accordingly.
Ensures that security and safety controls are well always maintained.
Ensures maintenance and proper utilization of equipment.
Lead, motivate and develop team, conducting performance and development reviews to enable individuals to maximize their work contribution.
Develop and maintain effective communication and working relationship within department and other departments to optimize operational efficiencies.
SKILL REQUIREMENT

To operate forklift and reach truck
To operate warehouse hardware equipment
To use Microsoft Word/Excel, Email writing
TRADING, REPACKING AND MANUFACTURING FOOD OF HOUSEHOLD UTENSIL, BAKERY INGREDIENTS, PLASTIC, DISPOSABLE PLASTIC BAG, PACKAGING, RICE AND GENERAL GROCERIES PRODUCTS, AND CARRY ON BUSINESS AS GENERAL MERCHANTS AND EXECUTE ALL KINDS OF COMMERCIAL TRADING AND ALL BUSINESS WHETHER WHOLESALE, RETAIL OR ONLINE.
