Responsibilities
- Providing high quality Customer Service in valued customers.
- Following SOPs while assisting customers in their requests.
- Using company resources and other channels to assists in fulfilling requests.
- Engage lifestyle partners in shopping, hospitality, travel and other industries to assist in requests and program requirements.
- Assist professionally in written and verbal communication.
- Provide day-to-day support to mobile apps, e-Commerce, retail-related platforms and apps, including but not limited to SMS-based concierge service, as appropriate to the position.
- Communicate courteously with merchant and/or customer by telephone, email, and face to face (if necessary)
Job Details:
- Rotational shift on monthly basis
- Location: Amcorp Trade Center, Petaling Jaya
Job Requirement:
- Candidate should possess a Diploma / Bachelor Degree or equivalent in All Business Field.
- Preferably at least 1-2 year of related working experience.
- Preferably Executive specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English, Mandarin & Cantonese speaking will be an added advantage
- Experienced in lifestyle, travel, or hospitality industry is a plus.
- Interest in travel, luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, etc.
