Job description
Primary Objective:
Responsible to administer and manage the Group's Patch Management SLA as well as IT Asset Inventory to ensure all production systems are available and online within agreed SLA / OLA as well as to support on-going business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).
Certifications in Systems (Unix/Linux Servers, Microsoft Server, Cisco Networking, Virtual Infrastructure, ITIL foundation as well as Systems Management – Systems Center, Performance & Capacity Management systems and etc)
Responsible to administer and manage the Group's Patch Management SLA as well as IT Asset Inventory to ensure all production systems are available and online within agreed SLA / OLA as well as to support on-going business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy Patch Management for all IT Infrastructure components inclusive of OS (Windows, Unix/Linux) and well as related infrastructure (Network switches, routers, load balancers and etc)
- Perform Daily, Weekly and Monthly scheduled tasks relating to Patching and IT Asset management as required
- Manage monthly automated scans and analysis to include discovery scans, compliance scans, and vulnerability scans
- Reporting on compliance to vulnerability remediation policy
- Recommend and deploy changes via the change management process as required
- Maintain IT Asset inventory as well as ISO 20000 certification for Configuration Management.
- Management and administration of Group Infrastructure Asset Inventory
- Management and administration related infrastructure equipment & appliances
- Manage and monitor the performance of services & system to ensure outstanding operational effectiveness.
- Produce periodic management reports and updates
- Incident & problem management inclusive of recovery & mitigating strategies
- Review and implement DRP and BCP procedures & plans
- Ensure project technical requirements are properly documented for daily operations support.
- Provide expert level technical support required.
- Liaise with 3rd party vendor on technical support as required.
- Support regional users as required.
- Periodic review and enhancement of infrastructure to meet changing business requirement.
- Managing team members to achieve business objectives and outcomes
- To provide technical leadership (subject matter expertise)
Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).

- 5 – 8 years' experience in supporting and operating group IT shared services infrastructure
- Strong technical knowledge of various IT technology and architecture of systems.
- Good management, interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills as well as Technical Leadership skills
- Project planning & management skills will be consider a plus.
