Job Description

Renesas is a leading global supplier of integrated circuits specializing in Analog, Power and MCU devices. We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Operations Planning resource to lead the planning and execution of the front to back worldwide semiconductor supply chain (wafer fab, assembly, and test) for our Military and Aerospace Rad Hard products. Individual will be responsible for various special tasks and responsibilities to drive and achieve specific customer initiatives, quarterly revenue achievement, delivery metrics, and inventory goals. Will work with all functional areas including sales, business units, and engineering to drive supply programs, optimize supply and demand as well as prepare and meet new product ramp schedules. Specific duties include backlog management, supply allocation, developing and driving expedited supply plans. The individual will pro-actively identify risks and develop mitigation plans. Will prepare and present concise executive level briefings to business leadership teams, senior executives, and internal and external customers.

Qualifications

Self-motivated, goal oriented, task driven team player that achieves results with minimal direction. Must be comfortable managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously with short deadlines. Strong analytical skills with ability to provide solutions and make decisions based on data. Must be proficient with excel and power point. Demonstrated ability to work across functional areas (manufacturing, engineering, quality etc.) and drive improvements and results. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient in excel (VLOOKUP’s, SUMIF’s), PowerPoint, Word, Project Management, Workstream, Supply Chain Software.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) in supply chain management, business, or engineering. A minimum of 5+ years experience in semiconductor supply chain management.
