In this exciting role as Sr BP Program Manager, you will join Global Operations & Supply Chain’s (GO&SC) Project Management Office (PMO). Y ou will lead cross-functional programs in manufacturing operations, driving various business case analysis including but not limited to Merging & Acquisition evaluation, Operations Network Strategy and other strategic projects/program.

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

· Lead or leverage cross-functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for key business case analysis .

· Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as the liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.

· Review and communicate the status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepare status reports.

· Monitor the project from initiation through delivery.

· Assess project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.

· Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem-solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree required
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience

Nice to Have

· Experience in running cross-functional programs in manufacturing operations, including facility set-up and production line transfers

· Comfortable and credible when interacting with senior leaders

· Excellent communication skills

· Strong business and financial acumen

· Detailed understanding of planning and execution of manufacturing transfers, including drawing/specifications, technical files, validations and design verifications, sterilization, and product registrations

· Experience working with project teams in multiple locations and from various cultures

· Experience working with suppliers and contract manufacturers

· Understanding of the medical device industry. Awareness of regulations and their potential implications in project planning.

· Detailed knowledge of PMI processes. PMP accreditation preferred

· Lean Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred with a familiarity of DMAIC process

The provided base salary range is used nationally (except in certain CA locations). The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
