Job Purpose : To implement and provide maintenance & support for Great Knowledge (Agent’s Learning Management System)

Key Duties/Responsibilities

• To work with vendor to implement, optimize, and maintain Agent’s Learning Management System (Great Knowledge) on cloud-based solutions
• Responsible to work with vendor on deploying and debugging cloud stacks, educating teams on new cloud initiatives, and ensuring the security of the cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborating with vendor to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions.
• To support & maintaining cloud solutions in accordance with best practices
• Work with vendor to ensure efficient functioning of data storage and processing functions in accordance with company security policies and best practices in cloud security.
• Work with vendor in identifying, analyzing, and resolving infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.
• Provide expertise on the overall business processes around which the project is focused
• Participate actively in all phases of the project including the planning, analysis, design development, testing and implementation
• Act an intermediary between vendors, project team and all the users
• Lead and coordinate the collection and verification of stakeholders’ business, processes and system needs
• Responsible for defining the scope in the initial stages of the project
• Resolve design and business issues in relation to the requirements gathered with the relevant stakeholders
• Specify business rules (validations and calculations) and processes required
• Precisely captures business requirements in a form that can be used for system development
• Analyse and make recommendations on associated business processes. Ensure that the business needs as specified by business users are met by the output of the design effort
• Prepare documentation

o Project documentation
o System Integration Testing
o User Acceptance Testing
o System changes

• Develop high level and detailed tests plans/ test cases for system integrated testing and user acceptance testing
• To coordinate and support user in User Acceptance Test (UAT)
• Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required in providing maintenance & support on DCMS (Distribution Channel Management System)

Jobholder Requirements / Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or Information Technology or a similar field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the field of cloud computing.
• Experience working with Cloud Technologies (MS Azure or AWS or pCloud) and RestFul applications
• Experience working with SPA using Angular.js.
• Strong background in .Net Development Stack (C#, ASP.net)
• Extensive Knowledge in relational databases (Ms SQL Server, Oracle etc)
• Knowledge in Oracle PL/SQL & Weblogic would be an added advantage
