Job description

Job Responsibilities: i) Responsible for keeping the facility operating and repairing any problems when they are discovered before they have a chance to worsen. A Maintenance Technician will usually be required to perform a wide range of repair tasks around a facility. ii) To monitor and check facilities according to Daily Checklist ie. fire control room, chiller room, aircond, make-up tank etc. iii) Responsible installation of electrical wiring to machine and system iv) To conduct testing and inspection and troubleshoot on the electrical wiring system. To engage in a repair works. v) To maintain and operate all mechanica and electrical plant and equipment. vi) To attend the staff training on aspects of electrical safety vii) To adhere to Safety, Health and Environment procedures while performing work viii) Applying preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems ix) Work flexible hours responding emergencies when necessary and completing scheduled maintenance when convenient. x) To perform any duties as directed by superior from time to time. xi) Responsible to comply with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 41001:2018
