Leadership Opportunity
Are you an experienced leader in the Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management fields? You could be our new Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management, leading the company in all aspects of operations, emphasizing long-term goals, growth, profit, and return on investment.

What You'll Do
- Oversee all operations and business activities, including development, strategy, and approach for billing and collection services across all service lines
- Develop specific objectives, budgets, and performance standards for each area of responsibility
- Work with other executives to establish short-term objectives, long-range goals, and related plans and policies
- Hire and retain a high-performing managerial team
- Lead and motivate the team for maximum employee engagement
- Direct daily oversight of Revenue Cycle Management, ensuring Exact Billing Solutions AR management services are consistently delivered across all operational centers
- Ensure processes occur accurately and timely within assigned areas, holding the team accountable for driving results
- Define and measure key performance indicators
- Serve as a key advisor and active participant in all partner-company strategic business planning when required
- Ensure all stakeholders comply with reimbursement and billing procedures for regulatory, third-party, and private insurance payors
- Present regular reports on the status of the company’s operations to the board of directors and company teams
- Oversee the organization’s financial structure, ensuring adequate and sound funding for the mission and goals
- Serve as the company’s representative to shareholders
- Travel 50% of the time to LATAM (Colombia)
- 15+ years of experience in RCM with a demonstrated progression from entry-level to managerial levels
- Proven experience in high-level leadership roles in the healthcare or medical billing fields
- Master's degree; MBA highly preferred
- Bilingual highly preferred (English and Spanish)
- Willingness to submit to drug and background screenings
- Ability to travel 50% of the time to LATAM (Colombia)
