- Advise customers on repair work and regular service maintenance.
- Promote after sales services and products in a dedicated, service-oriented and professional manner.
- Provide professional technical advice to customers on repair scope and estimated cost after diagnosis.
- Update customers regularly on vehicle repair status.
- Participate in showroom duties and external road show events.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate special cases for corrective action.
- Perform follow-up call to customers with pending job on a timely basis.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks/duties as assigned.
- Candidate must possess minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in customer service environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to converse in Mandarin or other local dialects are desirable.
- Dynamic, self-motivated and energetic go-getter with a strongpassion for cars and able to demonstrate excellent customer service disposition.
