Job Brief:

We are hiring Service Technician who will provide service during site visits with installation, repair, spotting fault and deciding the right solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• To report any irregular installation request
• To complete the job assigned (Install, After Sales, Repossession, Return)
• Install new products, and test them to ensure they are working correctly
• Educating the client on how to use and maintain their device
• Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule based on customer appointment
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include bending, lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces

Job Requirements:

• This position will be based in Johor
• Candidate should possess SPM/Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Professional Certificates or equivalent in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic)
• Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
• Good communication skills in Malay, English language for both spoken and written
• 1 Contract positions available
