Shift Leads are responsible for:
- Ensuring all employees on shift maintain performance standards
- Effectively instructing other employees on shift
- Maintaining a safe healthy and secure work environment.
- Maintaining excellent customer service
- Read and understand Crumbl recipes
- Ensure staff on scehduled shift finished goods meet food safety and quality standards.
- Time management skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
Shift Lead requirements:
- Notable communication skills
- An eye for details
- Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Must have at least 1-2 Years experience as a Supervisor
Shift Lead Compensation
- $15.00 to $17.00 (Base pay is $11.00/$12.00 + tips)

Business hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00am-10:00pm; Friday and Saturday 8:00am-12:00am. CLOSED SUNDAYS
