Avec près de 45 500 collaborateurs et un fort ancrage local, SPIE a réalisé, en 2020, un chiffre d'affaires consolidé de 6,6 milliards d'euros et un EBITA consolidé de 339 millions d'euros.Detailed duties and responsibilities ·Maintain Operational integrity ·Develop and realise production team capability ·Supervising the activities of the on shift production team including compliance with all safety requirements and Company procedures ·Control expenditure (costs) ·Ensuring the correct and effective operation of the permit to work system ·Shift production reporting, upkeep of records and log books and handovers ·Recording of isolations and effective hand over of information to the following shift ·Playing a key role in the local training and competence assessment programme (CDCA support) ·Ensuring compliance with target production quantities ·Ensuring that environmental targets are met or exceeded ·Ensuring that export product specifications are within limits ·Carrying out first line maintenance duties ·Ensuring an adequate stock of production chemicals and other consumables ·Assisting with accommodating the requirements of specialists, trainees and visitors to the installation ·Contributing to audits / reviews ·Supporting DTI, HSE and SEPA interface activities ·Stand in for the Operations Supervisor as required ·Carrying out emergency duties as required · Prepare and hand over equipment in safe manner to maintenance staff for repair and get back in service after checks as per PTW procedure Qualifications ·Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Industrial Chemistry, Chemistry or related field. ·At lease 10-15 years' experience directly in petrochemical, chemical and Oil and Gas Refinery Industry. ·Experienced/working in shift and prefer to work in shift. ·Knowledge of DCS control for petrochemical/chemical production process. ·Atmospheric Residue Desulfurization (ARDS), Hydrogen Production Unit (HPU), Hydrogen Collection & Distribution (HCDU) & Refinery Pressure Swing Absorption (RPSA). ·Linear Low-Density Polyethylene and Ethylene Oxide Ethylene Glycol Area. ·Possess in-depth knowledge of process safety, chemical reaction and calculation. ·Experience in Project Management and/or commissioning, start-up experience are advantages. ·Good communicative English. ·Good skill of computer esp. MS Office programs. ·Possess functional competency set e.g. Safety Awareness, Drive for Result, Process Management, Communication, Problem Solving, Teamwork, and Leadership. ·Be convenient to travel overseas for business trip - learning new technology of production process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Industrial Chemistry, Chemistry or related field.
- At lease 10-15 years' experience directly in petrochemical, chemical and Oil and Gas Refinery Industry.
- Experienced/working in shift and prefer to work in shift.
- Knowledge of DCS control for petrochemical/chemical production process.
- Atmospheric Residue Desulfurization (ARDS), Hydrogen Production Unit (HPU), Hydrogen Collection & Distribution (HCDU) & Refinery Pressure Swing Absorption (RPSA).
- Linear Low-Density Polyethylene and Ethylene Oxide Ethylene Glycol Area.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of process safety, chemical reaction and calculation.
