Miller Brothers Staffing is looking for a Shipping Receiving Specialist in Waukesha, WI. This position in a direct placement. Will pay higher for candidates with leadership experience.

Job Title: Shipping/ Receiving Specialis

Shift : 1st shift M-F 6:30am-3:00pm.

Pay: $20-$23/hour ROLE SUMMARY Reporting to the Inventory/ Production Manager, this position is responsible for correct and prompt packaging, shipping, and receiving of goods in compliance with the customer requirements ISO procedures as well as finished goods inventory · Utilize daily pick list to insure timely shipment of customer orders · Runs pack lists for daily shipments, ensure proper courier is used · Processes paperwork and physical handling of incoming and outgoing
goods promptly and accurately · Prepare orders for outside service processing · Ensure accurate counts and documentation of products moving in and
out of shipping areas · Make routine decisions using problem solving to resolve any issues
that would impair customer delivery · May deliver and pick up parts and other goods using a company
vehicle · Maintain finished goods inventory area · Package and stock finished goods in proper locations · Monitor department supplies and keeps area stocked accordingly · Assist with housekeeping and cycle counting · Able to operate forklift and material handling equipment after
certification · May be asked to work in production areas from time to time KNOWLEDGE , SKILLS, AND ABILITIES · Good verbal and written communication skills · Detail oriented and quality conscious, with excellent organizational skills · Good computer skills (JobBOSS, UPS, FedEx, MS Office) · Ability to safely and effectively operate various material handling equipment · Must possess basic math skills · Strong ability to read and understand blueprints and other shop
