Shipping Coordinator (Temporary)

- Familiar with shipments documentation and arrangement by all ship mode ie. trucks, tankers, containerized (if any)
- To coordinate and handle day to day outbound/inbound with the customer, inter-company, departments, service provider, warehouse, carriers/freight agent includes submit the document for custom declaration, submit invoice payment on behalf to the forwarder, follow up, update and complete with record & filing.
- Familiar with shipping documentation for export to Singapore, Malaysia and other countries ie. BL, Certificate of Origin, S’pore GST permit, import/export tax, HS code etc.
- Responsible for data entry and updates information in excel/SAP/Polomas
- To book truck/container as per schedule and fulfill delivery requirement as per incoterm and contracts (as assigned)
- To prepare full set of shipping documentation as per shipments requirement include standard delivery documents for customs declaration purpose, internal and external documentation.
- Familiar with incoterms
- To coordinate return cargo arrangement, insurance claim, disposal sales related product shipped (as assigned if any)
- Shipment scheduling and coordination (as assigned if any)
- Communication with email, phone and verbal (face to face if required)
- Update shipment status delivery acknowledgement and schedule coordinate with internal warehouse, allocation, QA etc.
- Process verify billing invoice via VIM from service provider and sales invoice to customer (as assigned if any)
- Minimum with Diploma or Degree in related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Shipping/Logistics Management.
- Computer literacy skills and familiar with SAP/Polomas and MS Excel/Word.
- Organized, efficient and have good interpersonal skills
- Flexible work hours
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Critical thinking to plan, synchronize and execute complex undertakings and good follow through for completeness is an advantage
