Job description
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for SMT line issues (screen print, component mount, reflow, flux cleaning) and internal/external quality feedback.
Troubleshoot the root cause & apply precise corrective action to the issue.
Carry out process analysis pertaining to SMT components and produce 8D report to IQA.
Hands-on experience in interfacing with design engineers on design fabrication (DFF), design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA).
Any other duties assigned by immediate superior.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in a similar semiconductor environment.
Good supervisory skills to lead the SMT team.
Knowledge in SPC & Quality Standards.
