Responsibilities:
  • Develop, structure, and implement social media strategy and direction that
are aligned with the company's business objectives
  • Conceptualize and curate fresh contents that are aligned with the brand voice
and direction including both paid and owned channels
  • Perform craft compelling copy and content across paid and owned channels,
but not limited to copy for social media, product and promotions, ads, OOH,
POSMs, POPs, as well as website and app
  • Understand and able to leverage data to craft content strategies that create
engagement and drive user/ customer behavior
  • Work with Campaign and Content Lead to conceptualize social media visual
direction, research for reference, oversee the creative design and provide
clear briefs to the design team
  • Interact and engage directly with our social followers via public comment and
direct message
  • Grow brand engagement and manage the social media community to build
the leverage of social media as a platform for user feedback and insights
  • Identify customer’s needs and gaps in previous content and recommend new
content pillars
  • Liaise with the Customer Service Team to address any issues or required
improvements based on social media feedback
  • Communicate and liaise with other departments for content production and to
ensure consistency in implementation
  • Analyze data, activities, and followers’ responses and produce weekly,
monthly, and quarterly reports
  • Follow industry trends closely to identify emerging social media channels,
new ideas, and new approaches that help to improve digital marketing
strategy to ultimately drive conversion and engagement
  • Adhere to the established KPI and perform other related duties as assigned
by superior/ management

; Requirements: - Requirements:
  • Must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Marketing or other related
disciplines
  • Possess at least 2 years of work experience as a Social Media Content Writer.
Experience in retail, FandB, fashion, or start-up will be an added advantage
  • Excellent understanding of social media management and strategies
  • Outstanding in content writing skills, good knowledge of photo and video
editing, as well as web designing
  • Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
  • A valuable team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to
communicate effectively
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
  • Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting
as necessary
  • Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and
Malay
  • Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel
