PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

  • Development Nationwide Balance Score Card (BSC) template for GRD – Regional Director (RD), Regional Sales Head Assets (RSH Assets), Regional Sales Head Deposits (RSH Deposits), Regional Sales Head Affluent & Wealth (RSH ANW), Regional Sales Head PF (RSH PF), Business Development Manager ASB (BDM ASB), Business Development Manager PFI (BDM PFI), Branch Manager (BM) & Assistant Branch Manager (ABM).
  • Prepare Weekly Nationwide BSC tracker Performance report for Regions and individual sales channel – Centre Manager (CM), Premier Relationship Director (PRD) & Relationship Manager.
  • Develop Deposit War Room Report template for GRD Deposit’s meeting.
  • Provide guidance to peer on the development of Nationwide BSC for respective sales channel.
  • Timeliness and accuracy of release the Nationwide BSC to Regions and sales channel for monitoring and coaching. Analyze Regions / sales staff’s performance.
  • Provide Nationwide BSC briefing requested by Regions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Development of Nationwide BSC template for all positions mentioned above.
  • Prepare Weekly BSC tracker Performance for the above position.
  • Timeliness and accuracy of the release of Nationwide BSC Performance report and analyze Regions / sales staff’s performance.
  • Assist team members on completion of Nationwide BSC tracker development.
  • Provide guidance to team members for problem solution.
  • Follow up closely on feedback highlighted and provide clarification and solution accordingly.
  • Provide Nationwide BSC briefing requested by Regions if any.
  • Assisting MIS team to develop Deposit War Room report template.
Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Formal Education : Degree & above
  • Professional Accreditation : SAS programming & Excel
  • Preferred level of Experience (by years/function/industry) : Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in business / financial analytics and performance tracking.

Other skills required:

  • Consumer banking experience with good business acumen.
  • Good verbal / written communication skills. Able to work well with people across different business levels.
