What You Will Do:

The Sr Implementation & Engagement Manager will lead a team of business analysts and developers within our contract management division and will be responsible for providing customer facing solution development and implementation services to our largest customer.

Our contract management division is a leader in delivering innovation solutions to a spectrum of brand-name customers in the healthcare, technology, manufacturing and financial services industries. Our flagship product, Contraxx, is used by contracting professionals and innovative organizations across the full Enterprise to manage complex regulatory risk, streamline operations, and reduce process cycle time.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as overall solution owner on the project; quick to learn the complete existing solution and able to rapidly assimilate customer requirements and changes to the solution.

• Oversee, coach and manage the activities of other consultants.

• Conduct hands-on business analyst activities including requirements development and documentation, testing activities (use case / script development, oversight of testing and issue tracking/resolution), training and documentation.

• Conduct program and project management activities including developing and managing to project plans/timelines, overseeing and coordinating multiple projects or work streams, status reporting, issue management, and assisting with statements of work and project budgets as needed.

Experience/Knowledge/Competencies You Will Need:

• 10+ years of complex project/engagement management, preferably for software implementations to large customer organizations

• 10+ years of experience in full project lifecycle implementations with preference for CLM/CRM/ERP/SCM/CMS deployments; experience deploying contract management, legal management or GRC systems is a plus.

• Experience leading and managing deployments to large complex customer organizations.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead a team of business analysts and developers.

• Proven leader with excellent communication skills, both customer-facing as well as with internal colleagues and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with MS .NET stack (.NET, c#, SQL), XML or related front end (HTML, CSS)

o Note that this is not a fully technical position (i.e., coding is not required), however a general familiarity with these technologies is important.

• Ability to travel occasionally.
