Job description
- Recruitment of DSP staff, posts positions via BalanceTRAK, stage hiring outcomes.
- Manages data base of DSP relief staff.
- Provides recommendations for best candidates.
- Provides onboarding for new hires, through orientation and job trainings.
- Supervises DSPs on relief list. Checks with managers for feedback on staff performance.
- Prepares monthly report on status of job fairs, relief lists, job performance.
