Job Description:

  • To manage the stock control: Receive incoming goods, inspect and check damage and look for discrepancies between goods and invoices.
  • Accurately sort, label and perform inventory control of goods in store and also maintain proper records of outgoing goods from the store.
  • To check and update daily stock cards and submit daily reports to the immediate superior.
  • To ensure the storage of the stocks are kept in a clean and in organized manner at all times.
  • Perform periodical stock take, inventory count and verification of stock records.
  • Liaison with internal department and external parties.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Familiar with inventory and store management.
  • Well organised, highly responsible, honest and reliable in carrying out the daily tasks and duties.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
