o Is responsible for the effective management of the entire production operation and planning.
o Is responsible for the efficient use of materials, manpower, machines, and equipment.
o Identifies and implements necessary changes to improve production process, yields and quality.
o Activate failure analysis for internal quality problems and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
o To ensure that preventive maintenance schedules are carried out as planned through collaboration with Production Manager.
o To ensure that necessary spares are available and kept in good useable condition.
o To undertake all installation and repairs of machines as well as to rectify and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and electronics related problems pertaining to the factory’s machineries and facilities.
