- upport department / operation to meet goals/objective and indices. Derive plan through-put to meet lot 90% tile and cycle-time goal. Educating production on customer complaint and RMA. Participate in Internal / External audit. support yield improvement and cost of poor quality (Rejects) reduction. M
- aximize full resources and increase productivity. Ensure full resources support during high loading to meet customer order. Improve work efficiency by adapting stagger-break to increase productivity, improve lot / reduce equipment setup time, speed up lot transaction in camstar system, paperwork fill-up and reduce unnecessary dwell time during production. - roduct manufacturer per operating procedure and finish product ship should compliance to product requirement. Ensure product quality compliance to specification and meeting IATF (Automation) requirement. Inculcate conformity to specification through specification awareness notification to produce and ship good quality product. P
- romote good tie working relationship to achieve common objective. Focus on team common objective to meet the revenue through product shipment. Working as a team to promote two way communication. Share knowledge an skill-set to other members and seek enhancement of team performance. J
- ob competency. Review staff job performance and identify if improvement need with respect to their job description, knowledge and achievement. Encourage and motivate them to take-up new learning. Requests training for staff that need to improve their job performance. Regularly evaluate staff performance on the job in their success factor and development. E
- nsure 5S and EHSS conformance. Support company EHSS activities. Cultivate good 5S habits and follow code of conducts. Understand the important of both environment (ISO14001) and Occupational health (ISO45001). Ensure safety of equipment and security of everyone in production safe at all time.

- egree in human resource, general science or minima diploma with 2 to 3 years of experience in supervision position in semiconductor environment. Assembly, test and mark/pack and diebank knowledge. S
- imple basic hand-on experience on manufacturing equipment. Understand customer specific requirement. P
- C literate. Good in presentation skill. Good in excel, power-point and Microsoft word. Good in communication skill and provide clear communication in email. F
- amiliar with MES (production system eg Camstar). Basic knowledge of Oracle or SAP. F
- amiliar with maintenance system (eg Xsite) and SPC system. Able to write simple specification and update documentation. A
