Cook Out Restaurants is looking for a Surveillance operator to support and improve our surveillance team. This person will be based out of our Thomasville, NC office.

Surveillance operator responsibilities include providing administrative assistance to our stores, and operations team, maintaining multiple databases. If you are familiar with Surveillance operations we would like to meet you!

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide administrative support to all management and operations
• Work within Google Sheets to maintain all data entry
• Provide excellent customer service
• Surveillance responsibilities
• Able to work weekends and holidays (we are closed Thanksgiving and Christmas)
• Able to work opening and closing shifts.

Qualifications and Skills

• Entry - level with experience in surveillance, specifically in the restaurant industry
• Surveillance experience a plus.
• Cook Out Restaurant experience and add plus!
• Proactive approach to work, you like to solve problems and don’t wait for someone to give you the answer
• Extremely organized and detail oriented! Can manage multiple things at once and are structured about your work
• Experience in customer service is a must!
• Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of workload
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize based on business needs
• Proficiency in Google drive (word and sheets)
