Liaise with the CAA Malaysia on all regulatory matters with regards to approved maintencance training.
Involved with any projects related to maintenance training.
Establish an Independent quality system to monitor compliance with CAAM Part-147 requirements.
implement a quality audit programme in which compliance with all training procedures are reviewed at regular intervals, and any observed non-compliances or poor standards are brought to the attention of the person concerned via his/her Manager.
Propose all corrective actions necessary for eliminating non-compliance, and ensuring that these corrective actions are iniated and when completed are efficient and meet their intended purpose.
Ensure that all audit reports and non-compliance records are controlled and maintained.
Carry out independent audits of sub-contractors and locations for the conduct of training and/or examination as required.
Record the minutes of the Accountable Manager Annual Review meeting.
Changes to the Exposition and associated manuals are notified immediately to CAAM.
Carry out ammendments to the Exposition and associated manuals as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Had undergone Lead Auditor course.
Must have at least minimum of 8 years experience in Aviation Quality Assurance.
Well verse of CAA Malaysia's regulations and Airworthiness Notice (AN) related to Approved Maintenance Organisation (AMO) & Approved Maintenance Training Organisation (AMTO).
Proficient in English and Malay are compulsory.
