Job description
Job scope as follows:
- Candidate are required to execute and perform project or service coordination on assignment basis at customer premises.
- Provide troubleshooting, diagnosis & repairing works on of fluid handling equipment and mechanical rotating related equipment.
- Generate and issue troubleshooting, diagnosis and service report to customer.
- Follow up and obtain approval from customer to execute repair and service activities.
- Assist and pre-arrangement with customer’s for field service activities.
Requirement:
- Candidate with good knowledge of mechanical repairing works on fluid handling and rotating equipment and electrical control will be added advantage
- Able to communicate in English / Bahasa and Mandarin
- Possess good customer service with positive mindset.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 2-3Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Industrial or equivalent.
- Relevant experience without certificate may also apply.
