Job Descriptions:- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems.
- Responsible to liaise with vendor for the maintenance and service all firefighting system, electrical system, air conditioner system, air compressor, cooling tower and etc.
- Maintain, operate all air conditioner systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management system, and building repairs.
- Perform facility inspections and report on condition affecting operations.
- Prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken.
- Monitor contractor performance and works closely with outside vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed according to specifications.
- Makes minor plumbing and electrical repairs, as necessary
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Certificate in PW / Chargeman or relevant field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical and maintenance work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be well- organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Able to be based at Skylake.
