• Certificate/ SKM / STPM or SPM holder.
• Minimum 2 years working experience.
• Computer literate. Must travel outstation frequently.
• Able to communicate well and possess good organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Able to travel 100%

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support and guidance to agents and customers and after-sales service by improving the usage efficiency of the CTS machines.
• Maintain and support all customer related matters to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide technical support and training to customers as well as attending to technical complaints from customers.
• Assist in providing information and problem solving to the subordinate.
• Assist in decision making for the technical department.
• Carry out any others responsibilities delegated by the Technical Manager and above.
