- Minimum 2 years working experience.
- Computer literate. Must travel outstation frequently.
- Able to communicate well and possess good organizational skills.

- Provide technical support and guidance to agents and customers and after-sales service by improving the usage efficiency of the CTS machines.
- Maintain and support all customer related matters to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide technical support and training to customers as well as attending to technical complaints from customers.
- Assist in providing information and problem solving to the subordinate.
- Assist in decision making for the technical department.
- Carry out any others responsibilities delegated by the Technical Manager and above.
